You may also be required to resolve disputes between passengers, so mediation and a calm manner under pressure are also valuable characteristics to have.
You’ll obviously learn ways to diffuse situations like this on your cabin crew training course, but you have to be the kind of person who doesn’t get flustered to do well. You’ll also need to be someone who can make quick, well-informed decisions in emergencies.
How Good Is the Pay for a Flight Attendant Role?
After fully qualifying for the position after your aviation flight attendant course, you open yourself up to a job that comes with quite an excellent salary. You can expect to take home an annual wage of over $60k, and the job comes with many associated perks like great health plans and paid hotel stays.
